Breakdowns, servicing and minor repairs around Bangor. If you see me and my friendly Springers Charlie and Jess feel free to approach for a chat or advice about all things cycling!! The marina area is my favourite spot!

Coaching - Level 1

One on one private lessons for complete beginners. Get kids off stabilisers and balance bikes and pedalling, steering and stopping a proper bike. Or adults who never learnt to ride a bicycle.

Coaching - Level 2

Up to eight kids 7-9yrs - Four one hour weekly sessions at the Sportplex Athletics facility developing cycling skills, confidence, self esteem and friendships through fun games, exercises and friendly competition using my fleet of bicycles, helmets and equipment. No on road riding at this level.

Coaching - Level 3

My ‘Safe Cycling System’ based on the ‘Cyclecraft’ & ‘Bikeability’ syllabus taught to small groups aged nine to adult over two mornings. I use the Aurora car park - It’s a safe yet realistic highway environment preparing riders for the roads. Hazard awareness, and a safe systematic approach to all hazards and junctions to ensure the avoidance of being hit by a vehicle!
